Research Interests :

My research interest encompasses the following field of studies:

1. Study of taxonomy, diversity pattern and evolutionary tempo of marine mollusca (especially gastropod and bivalve) from the different gastropod bearing sections (Mesozoic-Caenozoic) of India.

2. Morphometric analysis.

3. Study on prey -predator interaction between gastropods and other faunas.

4. Extensive bibliographic surveys and database development on gastropods in space and time.
